A three seater Chesterfield sofa in olive green button back upholstery, raised on mahogany turned legs to brass caps and castors CONDITION REPORTS Fabric ripped and needs re-upholstering. Various knocks and chips to the legs, one of the back legs is at a slight angle and needs attention. Length of the seat between the arms 149cm, seat approx 46cm deep. General signs of wear and tear throughout. One of the back legs also appears to have some filler in it.

A two seat sofa and two armchairs with caned backs and seats in the French taste, painted cream, together with a torchere and a two tier Aspidistra stand and a similarly painted folding Vintners table CONDITION REPORTS All pieces painted in a shabby chic rustic taste but various pieces have small chips. The larger two tier stand has a split ot the top. One of the cane seats on one of the chairs has fallen through as has the back on both chairs. the sofa looks to be in a reasonable condition. Wood worm holes are visible to the chairs and the sofa. All items showing signs of wear and tear throughout.
