A Regency rosewood sofa table, having twin frieze drawers and raised on double ring turned end supports with square cut arched stretcher, the whole with brass caps and casters, w.96cm (leaves down), d.71cm, h.70cm Condition Report / Extra Information Full length split to top. Minor marks to top. One moulding missing to top of leg. Veneer loss to one corner of top. Leaves now hang at slight angle.
A George III style mahogany sofa, with rollover arms, squab cushion and raised on blind fret carved front legs. Width 196 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is reproduction and possibly only 25-30 years old. It is structurally sound with no damage or repairs to any of the exposed woodwork other than minor scuffs and knocks that one would expect. The right hand front leg has one edge timber loss approximately 5 cm up from the bottom of the leg on the right hand side. The upholstery is in reasonable condition and is serviceable. There is however ingrained dirt on the tops of the arms and along the rear of the back. There is also staining to the front edge of the squab cushion and to the left hand arm support. This may well clean however please be aware of this discolouration in places.
A large lounge settee, upholstered in velvet and linen striped material, with loose cushions and raised on wooden legs terminating in brass castors. Width 207 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Please note this sofa is not Edwardian but a modern piece of furniture. It has come from a very good clean home and does not have any significant issues. It is structurally very sound and very clean. We can not see any makers name on the piece but it is clearly of good quality. Height to top of back 81 cm, width at widest point 206 cm, depth at deepest point approximately 100 cm. Depth of seat 73 cm.

(82cm.) wide 37in. (94cm.) high 201?2in. (52cm.) deep (some good quality restoration, dormer and other minor parts replaced)
