An early-mid 20th century dolls house, of 'T' form and Victorian in style, printed and painted with ivy-clad brickwork, with a hinged two floor bay to the right of the centre, opening to reveal a bedroom above a sitting room, the left side hinged to reveal another bedroom above a dining room, with French windows on the rear elevation, the back with a hinged section, enclosing a landing above a hallway, the right side hinged to reveal a bathroom above a kitchen, the interiors with contemporaneous fireplaces and some integral furniture, such as the lavatory in the bathroom and sink etc in the kitchen and a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, 'wall-papered' and with faux parquet flooring throughout, with a collection of dolls house furniture of the same date and later, including a painted metal sink and bath, some damage, 99cm wide x 38cm deep x 71cm highThis dolls house has been in the same family for several generations.Overall ok, but some damage, including lacking a small section of the front right corner of the roof (3cm x 2cm) and a chipped back left corner. Also lacking one pane and the panes of two first floor windows on the rear elevation. Chips, dents and scratches consistent with age and use. Some small decorator's paint splatters eg on the back of the roof.As above, but much later in date and play-worn. Some damaged and lacking elements, including a sofa lacking its back legs.
A brown leather two seater sofa, with brass studded outline, raised on four block feet terminating in brass castors, 153cm wide. The upholstery in this lot does not comply with the 1988 (Fire & Fire Furnishing) Regulations, unless sold to a known exporter or upholsterer it will be cut from the frame before leaving the premises.
