An early 20th Century brown leather upholstered three seat sofa with brass studded arms and triple bow fronted front rail, raised on turned supports, 184 cm wide x 74 cm deep x 88 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Sofa appears structurally sound, however signs of old worm and very worn feet. Heavy scratching and disolouration to the leather as well as rip to the back and probably replacement feet to the back. Heavy wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

The cushions appear to be feather filled. The depth from the back edge of the sofa at the furthest point to the front edge of the seat (excluding the protruding cushion) is 110cm. The depth from the outside of the back edge of the seat to the front edge is 83 cm, and including protruding cushion is 100cm The depth internally from the seat back (not including the cushion cavity) to the front edge 64cm and including the protruding cushion is 75cm approx. The frame is solid, no wobble to the arms. Legs and castors are good. The back and cushions are feather filled. Needs recovering.

A REGENCY BRASS INLAID ROSEWOOD SOFA TABLEWith pair of frieze drawers on four down-swept supports, 89cm wide; 73cm highCondition report: Numerous old repairs in areas, including a few repairs to the brass inlay. Some of the inlay to the sides is becoming a little detached. Some stringing lifting up on one leaf. Besides the small repairs the inlay is not later. Horizontal shrinkage to the top, which has been repaired but there is still crack still evident. Slightly movement to the top and leaves. A few veneer chips. A mark to the varnish on one of the drop leaves. Spliced repair to a foot and other small veneer repairs in areas.
