William IV button back country house corner sofa, with silk damask upholstery raised on bulbous fluted legs and castors Condition report: 194 cm long, 94 cm deep at corner and 59cm deep at seat, 94 cm high and 45cm high from top edge of seat to ground. In good condition with some marks, small splits and wear to upholstery and some knocks to legs.The rear corner leg is a little loose.

A mid 20th century green leather upholstered button back sofa, on square legs137w x 75d x 76h cmCondition report: Overall it is solid and usable. The colour is very faded, as it looks to have been green to start with and has most likley been in the sun. There are quite a few stains across the surfaces also and the finish is dry. In my opinion cleaning and feeding the leather with vastly improve the overall appearance. Several of the buttons are not connected inside, so have risen up. This was collected from a local house in Suffolk.

A Harris Tweed upholstered three piece suite, comprising a pair of armchairs and a two seater sofa152w x 73d x 76h cmCondition report: Overall these are all solid and usable. There may be some light marks, but it is difficult to tell due to the fabric. No visible holes or tears. Perhaps some light wear to the fabric, particularly on the frront of the chairs. These were removed from a shop which has closed and were used as part of the furnishing, so have been sat in for short periods and are not new. They are clearly labelled underneath and have matching cushions. The label hanging down in the photograph is the fire label.

The leather is quite dry and has some cracks and scuffs, but these are quite in keeping with the style in my opinion. There are some scuffs to the wooden feet also.
