A Clarice Cliff "Bizarre" pattern bowl, together with a similarly decorated Clarice Cliff "Bizarre" pattern saucer and two side plates, a Gray's pottery sugar sifter, two honey glaze dishes decorated in the Clarice Cliff manner, a Royal Worcester shallow dish decorated with urn, butterflies and swags, retailed by Mortlock's Orchard Street London, a Royal Worcester cup titled "Bullfinch", painted with a bullfinch amongst flowering branch and a Royal Worcester saucer titled "Red Start", painted with a red start amongst foliage, together with three Continental porcelain figurines CONDITION REPORTS All items with some damage, and wear. Clarice Cliff plates with chips and crazing and one cracked, saucer with frits, wear and crazing, bowl with large cracks and wear. Worcester cup with fault/hairline crack (as has a very dull sound when tapped) & wear, saucer with frits and crazing. Grays sifter with crazing and wear and the 'bung' appears to have been pushed inside the sifter. Worcester shallow dish with wear, crazing, scratches, and a dull sound when tapped so probably fault/hairline. Figures with some chips and losses.
A c.1880 Coalport part tea service in the cobalt blue batwing pattern hand painted with floral sprays and gilded, comprising plates, cups, saucers, sugar bowl, milk jug, tea pot and tazza. CONDITION REPORT Some fine crackle to the glaze. One plate has a large crack to the base and an old repair. Colours are strong and there is no loss of gilding.
