A FOUR-PIECE SILVER TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE, Birmingham 1901, mark probably that of Charles Herner, comprising teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and creamer, of oblong form, each piece embossed and chased with scroll and foliate decoration against an orange peel ground, with central vacant cartouche, the pots with ebon handles and finials, (c.54 troy ozs in all). Teapot 29cm wide over handle and spout. (4)
