Spode, 'Blue Trade Winds' pattern Imperial Cookware, to consist of rectangular platter, large open vegetable dish, coffee pot, small and large milk jug, two sugar bowls, one preserve pot, three small bowls, four tea trios with one spare saucer, six dinner plates and five side plates. Ship designs included in the service are Ship Olive of Newbury, Ship George of Salem, Brig Cygnet of Salem, H.E.J.C Thomas Coutts, West Indiaman Felicity and a number of cups and other marked Brig Built 1820.One bowl has a chip to its rim, small milk jug has crack to handle, Dinner plate has small chip to base rim. Overall service has wear to gilding and surface marks consistent with use and age.
