A Royal Crown Derby teapot, 19th century Derby teapot, Royal Crown Derby sugar basin, plate, sugar basin, cream jug and saucer. CONDITION REPORT: On the newer of the teapots lid has been glued down. This has now become detached but the remains of the glue are still there Otherwise there is no apparent damage. On the older of the teapots the spout has had some restoration. There has also been some restoration to the handle of the lid. The milk jug and sugar basin are in good order. The slop bowl has a crack running through the bottom approximately 10 cm in length. Both plates are in good order.
A Suzie Cooper Crown Works Burslem coffee service, 6 cups, 6 saucers, 2 basins, cream jug and coffee pot. CONDITION REPORT: The teapot has a loss to the inner recessed lip of the base of the pot. This is approximately 3 cm in length and less than 1 cm deep. It runs from the outside edge of the inner lip to the recess where the lid sits. This is not visible when the lid is in position. There are several minor scratches and scuffs to the main body of the teapot. All saucers are in good condition. Five of the six cups are in good order. One has been broken into three pieces and glued. The cream jug, sugar basin and bowl are all in good order. All pieces have minor surface scratches and faint generalised crazing.
