Eight pieces of Victorian and later cranberry glass, comprising: a water jug of lobed baluster form, 19cm high, a bowl with prunted clear glass petal border, 18cm diameter, a further bowl with prunted foot, 13cm diameter, a small jug with prunted foot, 9.5cm high, a footed bowl with folded rim, 13cm diameter, a sugar caster, 15cm high, a scent bottle and stopper, 12cm high, and a fruit bowl, 23.5cm diameter (8)Condition reportManufacturing (prunting) fault to one of the petal feet on the bowl.Small bottle has very minor nibbles/chips to the stopper rim.Multiple minor chips/nibbles to the rim of the bowl with petal border along with a rough unpolished pontil.Repair/fault to the rim of the small jug, 1cm long.Castor has multiple minor chips/nibbles to both the upper and base rim, plated collar appears to be at an angle possibly hiding a further fault.The large jug and two bowls only have very minor manufacturing faults, bubbles etc, with no visible chips, repairs or cracks.

IT TRAVELLED WITH ESTHER WHEN SHE WAS IN THE BAHAMAS, AUSTRALIA AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. MORE IMPORTANTLY HOWEVER IT WAS USED WHEN ENTERTAINING THE YOUNG PRINCE PHILIP WHEN HE ATTENDED A POLO MATCH IN THE STATES. THERE IS A PHOTO OF PRINCE PHILIP WITH THE CURRENT VENDORS FATHER AT THAT MATCH IN THE 50'S.
