A Victorian engine turned silver three piece tea set by Richards & Brown, of baluster form, with engraved crest and monogram, London, 1862, gross 37.5 oz.CONDITION: Some slight wear to the decoration on all pieces in general. The teapot has a small dent to the lid. A small ding to the bottom of the sugar bowl. Two large dents to the bottom of the cream jug along with a couple of other smaller dents. All hallmarks clear.

One bowl is heavier than the other and the lighter example's pontil mark has been polished out but the base is still worn with use.
