A LATE VICTORIAN SET OF TWELVE SILVER TEASPOONS WITH MATCHING SUGAR TONGSEach with a figure terminal to the handle and with a scroll decorated bowl, Sheffield 1894, combined weight 197 gms, with a caseCondition Report: The case - the lid of the exterior has the initials 'S.M.' The exterior otherwise has scuffing which could probably largely be treated with shoe polish. The sprung catch and the hinges are in good condition. The spoons are in good condition apart from a few light scuffs. The sugar tongs have been repaired in the past to the top on both sides (see images) and these are also engraved 'S.M.'
Two trays of 19th century The Foley china Wileman & co. Thirty-one piece tea service on a white ground with orange and red lustres of flowers and foliage to include nine cups and saucers, cream jug, sugar bowl, nine side plates, and two larger plates. Green printed marks to base with registration number 14589. (2) (B.P. 21% + VAT)Some items have minor crazing. One cup has a handle that has been off and reglued. One cup has a tiny chip to rim. One saucer has a haircrack. All other items have no obvious damage.
Thirty-six piece Shelley 'Trees and Sunset' Queen Anne shape part bone china tea set to include eleven cups, twelve saucers, eleven size plates, sugar bowl and cream jug. (B.P. 21% + VAT)Sugar bowl - large haircrack halfway through body. Sandwich plate - scuff mark on front. One cup has a tiny vertical crack. Other items appear undamaged, although there is minor wear/minor paint loss in places.
