A George II/III Irish Provincial silver sugar bowl by George Hodder, Cork, circa 1760 (GH, STERLING), hemispherical with flared wavy rim and engraved with bull's head and neck crest, inscribed inside foot rim with initials and scratch-weight, "H" over "TS" and "5 oz=12.1/2", 12 cm. diameter, 7.3 cm. high, wt. 131 gm.Patina a little bright, 2 tiny cracks in rim, good marks.

A Coalport relief decorated and floral spray printed and painted part tea service (12 place settings) including cups and saucers, side plates, cream jug, two bowls and two sandwich plates and a herbs and spices wall mounted cabinet and herb and spice jars CONDITION REPORTS Both sandwich plates have crazing and hairline fractures, all tea plates have heavy crazing, discolouration and hairline fractures. All saucers are in a similar condition. The tea cups are also in a similar condition as are the milk jug, sugar bowl and slop bowl. All have general wear and tear to include surface scratching, wear to the gilding etc - see images for further examples. All in need of a good clean. The labels of the herb jars have some flaking, there is damage to the herb cabinet box. The cabinet itself has some crazing to the front and cracking to the varnish. The inside label is foxed - areas have been ripped and it is not flat.
