COALPORT; an early 20th century grey batwing pattern part tea/dinner service with floral sprays inside batwing decoration, together with five Bohemian style hock glasses.Condition Report: Sugar bowl crazed. Three cups crazed. Jug crazed. Three cups with hair line cracks and one of these has a rim chip. Two cups with some foxing marks internally. A couple of the plates and the sandwich plate with minor glaze scratches, nothing serious. Minor rubbing to gilding.

Cover crazed but lesser so. Sugar zen and with hair line crack. Saucer heavily crazed. Larger hot water pot with hair line cracks to inner lip and large chip to inner lip, the cover with minor crazing. Smaller hot water pot with small nick to the base and lid is crazed. Teapot with tiny nick to the tip of the spout and some crazing to the lid. Bowl, egg cup, small jug and toast rack all crazed.

A Meissen (Marcolini) écuelle and cover and sugar bowl and cover for the Turkish market, c.1800, blue crossed swords and star marks, decorated with gilt-edged spiral panels of flowers alternating with orange stripes, the domed covers with lemon finials, with bouquets and flower-sprays to the interior, the tureen 19cm diameter, the bowl 10.5cm diameter (2) Condition Report: A chip to the interior rim. Examined under UV light, revealing a professionally restored crack through the well of the tureen with residue from adhesive sealant visible. Possible further restoration to cover. The rims of the sugar bowl and cover are fully restored and yellowing with age, the cover with two spots of overpainting to the orange stripes. Minor paint loss to the lemon finial and orange stripes, minor wear to gilding.
