A LATE VICTORIAN EDWIN J.D. BODLEY (BURSLEM, 1875-92) CHINA STRAWBERRY SET, c. 1891-2 comprising wavy-edged circular plate, 23cm, (9in) diameter, sugar bowl and cream jug, all decorated with floral sprays on a mint green ground, gilt rim, green printed marks including 'ENGLAND' (introduced 1891), Rd. No 67118 and painted number 9540 to base of each piece, on original chrome stand with ball finials, loop handle and four ball feet.
