Connells (British), an Arts and Crafts Pewter tea set with inset ceramic plaques, c.1900, stamped makers marks,Comprising: a tea pot, milk jug, sugar bowl, biscuit barrel with cover and hinged handle and a tray with openwork handles, each piece decorated with turquoise ceramic plaques (probably made by Ruskin),Biscuit barrel 24 cm high to top of handle; Tray 51 cm long (5)Some indentations, old marks, scratches and general wear. Wear to ceramics. Teapot with one cracked ceramic plaque, sugar with both cracked, milk and biscuit barrel ceramic ok. Biscuit barrel with an indentation on the bottom, but otherwise not too bad.

Christofle (French Est.1830), a Gallia metal Art Deco three piece coffee set with an associated tray by Viners of Sheffield,Marks of Christofle used from 1935 & 1937, pattern number 5938,Comprising: a coffee/tea pot, milk jug and sugar bowl with cover, having a wooden handle and finial and with part fluted ends; together with an oval plated tray, stamped Viners of Sheffield,Coffee pot 15.5 cm high; tray 35.5 cm long (4)Indentation to bottom of milk jug. Wear and some abrasions to surfaces in keeping with light use. Inside of coffee/tea pot is stained and the hinge wobbles a bit on the cover. Gilt on inside of sugar is a generally quite good but the milk is quite faded. Tray: scratches and abrasions to top and bottom.

Dame Laura Knight DBE RA RWS (1877-1970) for Foley China: A Tea Set, comprising six cups and saucers, six side plates, cake plate, milk jug and sugar bowl, decorated in black with figures, within a green and black border, printed factory marks and painted V611, cups 6cm high (21) .The green has started to deteriorate. The cake plate has a plate hanger glued to the back. One cup has a discoloured hair line cracks. Another cup has a hairline. Tiny nick to rim of cup. The plates are probably misfired or been in a fire, due to black in the glaze. All dirty. Needs to viewed due to condition.
