A large collection of Coalport cobalt blue batwing decorated tea and coffee wares, comprising: two teapots and covers, two milk jugs, two sugar bowls, seven teacups, five saucers and two further saucers, six demi-tasse teacups and saucers, six coffee cups and saucers, six side plates, 15.2cm diameter, five side plates, 17.5cm diameter, and one plate 23cm diameter, along with a Coalport oval dish, 15.5cm wide, and a Limoges porcelain pedestal comport and six plates in a similar pattern (Qty) (at fault) CONDITION REPORT:All pieces show surface wear commensurate with age and use, and rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout.  The majority of the pieces show fine surface crazing.  The oval dish shows chip to the rim.  One side plate shows a stained hairline crack, and another shows a chip to the rim with stained hairline running towards the centre.  One large Limoge plate shows a repaired break across the diameter.  One sugar bowl shows cutlery marks to the interior.

The gravy boat has a dent to the rim. The Mauser coasters have very light oxidation to recessed areas, which does not affect the overall appearance; one of them has a dent. The Reed and Barton tray has black marker marks along the underside; please see the listing image. The Watrous Manufacturing Company porringer has dents to the side of the bowl. None of the items show a sign of restoration when inspected under UV light.

A Victorian silver bowl, Wakely & Wheeler, London 1886, part fluted, swag and floral border, height 7.5cm, diameter 10.5cm, 4.7oz. Condition report:No splits or significant dents. There is an engraved crest. Marks lightly rubbed. It makes a very deep sugar bowl but it is closer in size to that than a rose bowl.
