One side plate shows a stained hairline crack, and another shows a chip to the rim with stained hairline running towards the centre. One large Limoge plate shows a repaired break across the diameter. One sugar bowl shows cutlery marks to the interior.

The Reed and Barton tray has black marker marks along the underside; please see the listing image. The Watrous Manufacturing Company porringer has dents to the side of the bowl. None of the items show a sign of restoration when inspected under UV light.

A Victorian silver bowl, Wakely & Wheeler, London 1886, part fluted, swag and floral border, height 7.5cm, diameter 10.5cm, 4.7oz. Condition report:No splits or significant dents. There is an engraved crest. Marks lightly rubbed. It makes a very deep sugar bowl but it is closer in size to that than a rose bowl.
