The cover apparently unmarked but original to the pot. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is a bruise behind the engraved crest. The handle is broken and a section is detached. There is no sign the the ivory has been added or altered in any way. The cream-jug and sugar-bowl each fully marked underneath. There is some surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There is some pitting to the surface. The interiors are gilt.

The teapot and sugar-bowl each further part marked on cover bezel. The marks have been partly scratched out in places. There are overall surface scratches and wear, consistent with age and use as well as some bruises. There is a section of the wood finial on the sugar-bowl lacking.
