CONDITION REPORT: Original piece, completely tarnished. Good clear marks, see additional images. Solder marks where base meets body.

A mid 19th century porcelain tea service with hand painted floral panels on yellow ground with gilt heightened scrolls and ornamental motifs, comprising twelve tea cups, eleven coffee cups, eighteen saucers, a large sugar bowl, diameter 16cm (af) and a set of four rectangular cake plates, unmarked. CONDITION REPORT: Most of the saucers have significant areas of losses to the gild particularly to the the rims, some examples also with rubbing to the centre, The sugar bowl has a major area of reglued damage and a chip spreading from one of the lines to the rim, areas of staining. Some examples bearing no.677.

Sugar bowl has a small chip to base. One saucer has a glazing imperfection (i.e. underglaze). One saucer has a chip to underside. Two saucers have tiny chips to rim. Only five cups, but six saucers.
