Adams Celestial Globe on which are carefully laid down the whole of the Stars, Nebule and Constellations in the Hamsted Catalogue, Oct 1st, 1818` (cracks and splits to globe and repair to the top of one leg)
A 19th century Copeland bone china plate for the Royal Yacht, with a scalloped edge and painted with blue and gilt scrolls the centre with the Royal Garter inscribed `HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE`, printed puce mark `MANUFAC`D by DANIELL, 129 NEW BOND ST.`, paper label for `JAMES BLEWITT BOXTED HALL, COLCHESTER`, 10in diameter, a Mintons earthenware plate inscribed `VICTORIA & ALBERT, H.M. YACHT`, impressed `MINTONS` and printed `LEADLESS GLAZE CROWN AND GLOBE ENGLAND`; `PHEBE, ROYAL YACHT SQUADRON` a bone china shaped dish, with gilt borders, an earthenware plate decorated the Prince of Wales` plumes, the reverse printed `PRINCE OF WALES B H` and with a registration lozenge; and a Mason`s Patent Ironstone plate the centre printed `BRITANNIA`. A TWO INCH TERRESTRIAL POCKET GLOBE BY NEWTON & CO the sphere covered with twelve engraved hand coloured and varnished gores of the Earth and inscribed NEWTON`S NEW Terrestrial GLOBE 1818, the interior of the fishskin covered papier mâché case with twelve half gores with the heavenly bodies The varnish original but missing over the southern half of Africa and much of the Indian ocean/New Holland of uneven thickness elsewhere but entirely unrestored and in the present private ownership for several generations, the case in very good condition retaining both the brass hooks and eyes

The desk clip especially so, not polished, the spring retaining its full strength
