Royal Marine Artillery OR's helmet plate circa 1878-1905. A good die-stamped brass example. Large flaming grenade; the ball bearing laurel sprays surmounted by "Gibraltar" and strap inscribed "Per Mare Per Terram"; globe in relief to centre. Fouled anchor to base. Two loops to reverse. VGC (KK 1106) Worn until 1905 when the white helmet was adopted.
Royal Marine Light Infantry Colour Sergeant's rank badge circa 1830-68. A good scarce large example of scarlet material embroidered with bullion crowned silk Union flag. Embroidered onto the Union flag, a large bullion Globe and Laurels with bullion fouled anchor below. Below the flag, a pair of crossed swords over a blue backed bullion chevron. Some service wear, generally GC.

A large example of scarlet cloth embroidered with bullion crowned laurel sprays resting on crossed sabres; centrally a padded bullion Globe set on crossed silk Union flags surmounted by a bugle horn, over a fouled anchor; beneath the wreath, a pair of crossed sabres and chevron. Service wear and mothed. GC The Royal Marine Light Infantry amalgamated with the Royal Marine Artillery in 1923 to form The Royal Marines.
German Third Reich WW2 Kriegsmarine Auxiliary Cruiser Badge. A fine die-cast example. Gilt oval oakleaf wreath surmounted by eagle and swastika; within the wreath, a gilt Viking ship in full sail atop an applied silver globe. Vertical tapered pin to reverse. Retains most of its original finish. VGC Under the direction of Grand Admiral Raeder, this War Badge was introduced 24th April 1941.

MINIATURE SHAFT & GLOBE BOTTLE. 5ins tall, dark olive green glass, applied string (quite incredibly completely undamaged) rim to tapered neck, clear base pontil. Maximum body width 4ins. 1670 shape - but generally accepted as possibly c.1700? An exceptional offering. Never ever seen another diddy little early piece quite like this. Very good. (9/10) NR
