A mid-Victorian silver gilt footed bowl, having blue glass liner, pierced body with four floral embossed roundels, with twin end carry handles, each set with female mask, silver weight 11.1oz, maker George Gox, London 1862, h.9cm, w.27cm (including handles). Liner appears to be original.No apparent chips or other damage.Hallmarks slightly rubbed but legible.Slight crease where the bowl meets the foot.
