A Victorian Silver Plate Centrepiece, by Elkington and Co., Birmingham, 1875, oval, the centre with four cast female figures supporting the cut-glass bowl, each end with a cast putto supporting further glass bowls, with openwork border, 80cm long. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. Three of the figures in the centre were each presumably holding an item which is now lacking. The glass bowls are possibly replaced. The approximate maximum height is 38.5cm.
