Lot 1005

A Phoenician glass stem cup, second century BC-6th century AD, the bowl decorated with face masks above swags in turn above a similarly decorated flared knop above an applied wavy band, with circular foot. 8.2 cm high, 9.6 cm wide. CONDITION REPORT: There is a 1 cm fine slither missing on the foot rim but this is a very fine slither and nothing overly detrimental. The stem shows old signs of repair throughout. The bowl appears to be in good order and has no obvious post production cracks or chips.

Lot 317

A set of six Bohemian blue overlay cut glass finger bowls, 12 cm diameter. CONDITION REPORT: One bowl has a very very tiny flea bite nibble on the surface of the rim, there are no large rim chips, cracks, faults or restorations visible throughout. One bowl has a small surface scratch to the base otherwise the others are free from any such flaws. The blue is good throughout with no obvious surface scratches.

Lot 339

Eleven Swarovski Crystal glass figures, to include "The Lovlots", all in fitted presentation cases. CONDITION REPORT: All items are in original fitted Swarovski Crystal presentation boxes. All items with the exception of the shallow bowl and cover with a phial of blue glass crystals are in good decorative order. The bowl with crystal cover and phial has small nibbles around the rim and edge and the crystal cover has small knocks on both sides.

Lot 554

A pair of Elkington & Co figural comport centre pieces, circa 1870's, emblematic of earth and air, each upon a leafy base with three scroll feet, struck marks to the underside, shape No. 11592, each supporting a wheel etched clear glass dish. Height 28 cm, dish diameter 25 cm. CONDITION REPORT: One glass dish has a tiny flea bite chip on the interior rim which is not instantly notable, otherwise both dishes are in good order throughout with no major cracks, chips or flaws visible. Each bowl is seated in a silver-plated dish filled with plaster of Paris which are most likely later. Both silver-plated stands are in good decorative order with no signs of any significant wear or damage. Altogether these are very attractive comports.

A George III silver salt with blue glass liner, Robert Hennell I, London 1773, with beaded rim and pierced body on four claw and ball feet, five Georgian silver mustard spoons, a 19th century silver caddy spoon by George Adams, London and a Dutch silver caddy spoon, 19th century, the bowl in the form of a leaf with scrolling handle and head finial (8). CONDITION REPORT: There has been a repair beneath the cartouche in which three of the small arches beneath the cartouche have been filled. There is a small 4 mm split to the rim. There are four repairs showing on the interior of the rim. There is loose solder showing on the interior of the body to the left of the cartouche. The blue glass liner has small nibbles on the rim.
