SVEN PALMQVIST for ORREFORS; a clear glass “Inciso” bowl, the incised grooves running along the thick writhen lobes of the form, engraved mark “ORREFORS P2611711” to base, diameter 13cm. CONDITION REPORT: Minor surface scratches to foot rim commensurate with age, otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
A large late Georgian ale glass with conical bowl, double ring necked double knopped stem and circular foot, height 19.5cm, a similar smaller ale glass, height 16.5cm, a third glass with conical bowl with half facet cut decoration to octagonal column and circular foot, height 12cm, and a further glass with cut decoration single knopped stem and circular foot, height 14.5cm (4).
An electroplated Royles Patent self pouring teapot with fluted design by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield, height 21cm, a cranberry tinted glass and electroplated epergne with five vases and a bowl set in the frame, length 49cm, and a cranberry coloured glass cream jug (3). CONDITION REPORT: Two of the vase are missing from the epergen, however five remain in good condition. The upper rim of the jug has been ground.
