A collection of glassware, to include four cut glass decanters, a cut glass pedestal bowl, two hobnail cut decanters, and a Webb cut glass and etched pedestal jug CONDITION REPORTS All with wear and scuffs. Pair of decanters with fairly extensive damage, one with neck and rim broken off and re-glued, the other with very large chips to neck and rim area, and both with various chips to corners and edges, one stopper associated. Footed bowl with large chip to rim, various wear and scuffs. Pair of whisky decanters - stoppers with various chips and frits, necks of decanters with chips, scuffs and scratches. Jug with chip to foot rim, stopper missing. Small decanter/carafe - top of stopper chipped and some frits to stopper.

A large oversized cut glass rummer commemorating the 1953 Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II probably by Webb Corbett, the large, oversized rummer with cup bowl, etched `ER II Coronation June 2nd 1953` within a shield and flanked by Union Jacks, etched and cut roses and thistles verso, on a waisted stem and star cut foot, 8½in. (21.5cm.) high.
A collection of commemorative plaques, trophies and objects, many presented to Air Vice Marshall Bird-Wilson of the RAF Including a Central Flying School plaque bearing their coat of arms and moto, inscribed to the `Air Officer Commanding and Commandant Central Flying School 1963-1965`. A commemorative Fighter Command plaque (c.1997). The Leeming Sword presented to Air Vice Marshal H.Bird Wilson 1970-1973. Two awards presented to Bird-Wilson by the Central Flying School, dated 1963-1965. A modern Silver bird on a branch (1992). Three models of RAF pilots scrambling (two damaged). A silver plate cup inscribed `Air Commander HQ Soumar April 1973-May 1974`. An RAF presentation glass bowl, 8" diameter. Two coalport commemorative plates, c.1990 and one other along with a Commemorative RAF paperweight. PROVENANCE: Air Vice Marshall Bird-Wilson (1919-2000) who was known as "Birdy" was a spitfire pilot in WW2 and a member of the "Guinea pig club". This lot is consigned by one of his descendants.
