A Pair of Edward VII Silver Gilt Shell Pattern Salts and Mixed Condiments, the shell salts by William Hutton & Sons Ltd., London 1902, on three ball feet, 2.125ins x 2ins and matching spoons contained in fitted case, two other cased sets of salts and a selection of silver condiments and condiment spoons, combined weighable silver 19.4ozsPair of Edward VII gilt shell-pattern salts - gilt intact to shells salts, wear to gilding on spoons. Case with wear but generally in good condition. Other 'shell'-shaped salts - the gilding mostly worn away. Scratching to interiors on both. Spoons with wear to gilt detail and both similar but matched. Spoon with shallow profile bowl, the bowl slightly dented and distorted. Pair of oval salts - in reasonably good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration. Both sets in original cases, the cases of which show wear. Of the remaining pieces, most appear to be in reasonably good condition with no obvious damage/loss/restoration. Six retain original blue glass liners.
