A late 19th Century Stourbridge miniature pedestal sweetmeat dish circa 1890, with a wavy rim, the shallow fluted dish reverse acid-cut with a stylised floral pattern, the whole raised to a curled stem and petal foot, 9.8cm high together with a late 19th century footed sugar bowl, with a cut-knopped stem and frosted engraving, the rim and foot coated with ruby glass and with cut through notches, 13cm high (2) Provenance: The sweetmeat a virtuoso piece from Jeanette Hayhurst's exhibition in 1990 on Acid-Etched Glass (1850-1930).

AN ORNATE FACON DE VENISE STYLE GLASS GOBLET, the bowl having gold leaf and white whiplash decoration and two applied dragon figures, the hollow blown stem also has applied decoration, the foot has similar decoration to the bowl, the foot is broken and a prunt is broken to the stem decoration, height approximately 28cmcondition:The foot has been glued the entire diameter to one side of the stem, middle fin on one tail missing, one prunt is chipped on a scroll under the bowl, some of the upper wing tips on the dragons are squared rather then pointed but they aren’t sharp or thinner to the touch so may have always been this way.
