A quantity of Whitefriars/Powell glass designed 1930-1960s, to include ruby drape vases by Marriot Powell circa 1940s, and various other designs etc, together with a ceramic vase and bowl by Charlotte Rhead circa 1940, the vase of waisted form, the white ground with blue leaf design and matching bowl, painted marks. A 19th Century blue glass goblet, the bowl boldly cut with stylized flower heads upon a facet cut stem and fluted foot, 15.5cm high, together with a Continental enamelled glass bottle, enamelled in colours with a man in a frock coat, the reverse with a foliate spray and within scroll and flower head borders, the neck with pewter screw cover, 16cm high, two Meissen blue and whit plates, one commemorating the bi-centenary in 1910, the other with the various Meissen marks, and a Royal Copenhagen commemorative plate. *A collection of five glass commemorative goblets, comprising a Royal Brierley 'Queen's' goblet, commemorating the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, 1953, engraved with cypher and roman-style lettering, the hollow knopped stem enclosing a sterling silver coronation token, approx. 16 cm tall, together with a Royal Brierley 'Crown' rummer, the large ovoid bowl acid-etched with wording and cypher, approx. 15 cm tall, plus a Tudor Crystal goblet to commemorate the marriage of HRH the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer, 29th July 1981, the bowl with cut decoration and engraved cypher, air-twist stem on star-cut foot, 18 cm tall, orig. presentation case, complete with limitation certificate (no. 437 of 1,000 copies), with two other glass goblets commemorating the silver wedding of Elizabeth II, 20th November, 1972, and the Queen Mother's 80th birthday, 4th August 1980 (no. 173 of 500 copies), both contained in orig. presentation boxes, and two other items of glass (7)
