A good early Victorian mahogany tea chest in the form of a twin pedestal sideboard. The top hinges open to reveal a pair of caddies, a central blue glass sugar bowl and a pair of compartments, possibly for caddy spoons, each of these has a lid with an ivory finial. Width 14ins, height 9 1/4ins. (See illustration)
