dating: 17th Century provenance: Italy, Skull worked in two-pieces with short, riveted and twisted comb. The two hemispheres are marked 'G' and 'P' (standing for 'Gioco del Ponte'), riveted brim, pointed and with a mark of the coat of arms of the Order of Malta. The nose is riveted probably to be used for the 'Gioco del Ponte'. Movable cheek-guards with rosette-shaped vent-tails. Two bladed nape-guards. All pieces decorated with double lines. Small restorations and damages. height 26 cm.

Nape-guard in one piece with the twisted en suite. height 27 cm.

Row of smooth, flower-shaped, brass rosettes. Plume-holder with toothed border. Remains of leather strings. Fine shape. height 28.5 cm.

Provided with a hook with pressure-button on the right side. Fine substitute for a very expensive and hard to find original helmet. height 20 cm.
