Comb loose in mount. Rubbing throughout to decoration.

A Victorian walnut cased miniature symphonion with single disc, the hinged cover with interior inner-lined lithographic print depicting ducks in a wooded landscape, fitted with key CONDITION REPORTS Overall quite heavy wear, scuffs, scratches and dirt. Old woodworm holes. Rusting to disc. Left 'tooth' of the metal comb appears to be missing. Tarnish to metal fitments. Music does play when wound, but the disc clicks and jumps periodically on each cycle.
