19th Century Swiss marquetry inlaid musical box, the lever wind movement with 6in cylinder, one piece comb, sympathetic drum and three bells playing eight airs with original label to the interior, 18ins wide CONDITION REPORT Losses and chips to faux rosewood finish and ebonising. Top is ok but there is a slight crack top left at back. Needs cleaning and polishing. It is working, bells and drum. Comb in good condition and does not seem to be missing any pins on cylinder. Movement needs a good clean.Have not stood and listened continually all the way through to know if it plays all the airs!
