A very fine Royal Worcester reticulated teapot and cover by George Owen. Of double walled construction and pierced with bands of honey comb and stylized chain work with a further pierced lozenge shaped panel to the spout. With jewelled mouldings and tooled gilding and enamelled in pale turquoise and pink. Impressed mark and green printed mark. Indistinct letter code, probably Z for 1888. 5". Condition Report : Fine condition. No damage or restoration.

A Very Fine Silver and Enamel Dressing Table Set, Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1924, 26/7, each larger piece enamelled with Welsh landscapes, including views of Penmaen Pool, Llannig, Moelwyn, Harlech and Dolgelly, the smaller implements silver gilt, comprising a tray, two scent bottles, a powder bowl, a mirror, two hair brushes, two clothes brushes, a comb and, on a separate lift-out tray, a nail buffer, two rouge pots, four manicure tools and two pairs of scissors, all in a fitted case Herbert Wood of Carnarvon, presented as a gift to his wife The mirror and one hair brush with losses to the enamel on each handle. One scent bottle with the cover pushed-in. Otherwise all in good order with clear marks. 280513
A Chinese Wucai Porcelain Jar, 17th century, painted with phoenix amongst scrolling foliage within formal borders, 18cm high; A Famille Verte Jar, of baluster form, painted with panels of foliage on a brocade ground, 17.5cm high; A Qianlong European Subject Tea Bowl and Saucer, painted en grisaille with lovers in landscape; and A Miniature Figure of a Cockerel, Qing Dynasty, 10cm high (5) Wucai jar with section of rim broken out and restuck and with associated losses. Famille verte jar lacking cover and with hairline crack to neck. Tea bowl and saucer with tiny rim chips. Cockerel with minor chips to comb. All with minor surface wear. 190613 Provenance: Famille verte jar with Paul Peters Antiques 1995, and cockerel with Paul Peters Antiques 1993, copies of invoices with the sale.
A Japanese Carved Wood and Ivory Mounted Large Figural Okimono, late Meiji period (1868-1912), of a young girl peeling a vegetable, her chignon held by a comb, seated in a kimono on a tatami mat resting on two baskets containing further vegetables, and bare foot, 46cm high, upon an associated openwork pierced table stand of rounded rectangular form, the rails carved with pairs of birds amongst waves and scrolls, on incurved feet linked by shaped stretchers, 43cm by 30.5cm by 16cm Figure with numerous serious drying cracks on the head (some run through the face). Some drying cracks in the collar of the kimono. Further drying cracks in the limbs, hands and vegetable being peeled. Parts of the peeler knife missing (pieces not retained). Fragment of ivory on her knee which may have been a larger piece? (piece not retained and signs of glue). Some further drying cracks in wood. Cracks in both feet. Also drying cracks to fruits (which are ivory) in the basket. Some chipping along the ends of the tatami mat. The stand has been reglued and probably some new screws holding it steady. Small filler and small repairs. On the main table there are two small circular plug repairs. 030613
