The sconces fit well and are in similar condition to the candlesticks but with a few small dents. Both the candlesticks have been filled, one with a heavier substance than the other. The base of the lighter candlestick is very worn, and the base of the other is missing completely. The personal engraved monograms are rubbed but still clearly legible. The hallmarks are clear and distinct. The lighter candlestick is marked '2-19', and the other '2-16'.

Eighteenth century foiled back green paste bracelet with a central panel of two large oval faceted pastes, small diamond shaped pastes either side and seven further large oval paste links with similar padlock fastener. Length 19cm (7.5inches). In good general condition for age. Gold tone metal backing not marked or stamped with maker's mark or otherwise. All backing metal showing dark discolouration where gold coloured coating has rubbed and worn. There are signs of repair to the reverse and in particular to one link join. There is also denting to the metal in places. The oval paste stones are all well matched, the two diamond shaped stones are a lighter shade of green. The stones are showing abrasion to mainly the facet edges, some have damage to facets and one has an external chip. The 'foiling' has wrinkled behind some of the stones. The central panel is slightly raised. The padlock clasp closes and opens well. The setting metal to some of the stones has worn away from the edges of the stones in places. We believe the piece to be an example of Queen Anne paste hence the date as referenced/illustrated on page 69 of John Benjamin's 'Starting to Collect Antique Jewellery', Antique Collector's Club
