Five WWII medals awarded to Donald Arthur Upshall Ship't: 1939-45 Star, Pacific Star, Defence Medal, 1939-45 War Medal and Imperial Service Medal (boxed), with amateur photographs of ships and submarines at sea etc, Christmas cards from Hong Kong, a press cutting relating to the severing of the recipient's hand, certificate of post-war credit, table lighter, ring and trophy celebrating Mr Upshall's diving career. (Mr Upshall was employed post-war in Devonport Dockyard as Inspector of Shipwrights and Divers).
A mixed lot comprising Nao figures: 'Nino Jesus', 'Group of Ducks' and a duck all boxed, Wedgwood blue Jasperware: footed bowl, table lighter (boxed), ashtray (boxed) and Royal Wedding souvenir dish (boxed); Crown and Rose pewter tankard (boxed); a pair of EPNS goblets and an early 20th Century Villeroy and Boch Dresden pattern metal mounted a/f twin handled tray with a set of fourteen matching coasters.
A 19th Century flintlock tinder lighter and a mahogany cased Accoson sphygmomanometer CONDITION REPORTS Tinder lighter does not appear to be in working condition and appears to have areas missing - not complete - please see images for further details. The handle itself has several splits and dents. The sphygmomanometer - not know whether in working condition nor whether complete, has some wear including scuffs to the case, the pump appears to be perishing and the tubes are discoloured.
