An 18th Century North Country oak and walnut cross-banded lowboy, the top with moulded edge over three drawers with replacement handles, over a shaped apron, raised on turned cup and cover supports united by an 'X' shaped stretcher, 87 cm x 72 cm CONDITION REPORTS Various marks, ring marks, dark marks, scratches, scuffs, impressed marks throughout. Losses of veneer to the top, signs of old woodworm holes and also splits to the sides. Legs with more various signs of woodworm holes. Handles are replacements. Top is significantly lighter than the dark body which is again, a different colour to the legs and stretchers. Splits to the feet and right hand drawer does not go all the way in and needs attention. All over various general sings of wear and tear expected with age and use,87 cm x 74 cm

A Chinese Peking rug, the central panel set with Chinese lantern suspended from a central roundel above a flower-filled urn on a blue ground, within a navy border, 177 cm x 90 cm CONDITION REPORTS Signs of wear, uneven wear, fading, uneven fading, dark brown stains, lighter stains, could benefit from a good clean, fringes are worn. Various general signs of wear and tear through age and use throughout. Very worn in places.

An 18th Century yew wood veneered and feather-banded mule chest, the upper section with rising lid and applied moulded edge over a plain two panel front, the base with single long drawer as three, over a shaped apron to scroll feet, 147.5 cm wide CONDITION REPORTS 63 cm deep x 97 cm high. There appear to be repairs to the veneer on the top in various places. Various very deep scratches, scuffs and marks, lighter scratches, missing sections of veneer, splits, losses to the moulding, etc, throughout. Various splits to the sides and lifting veneers to the sides. Losses of moulding and veneers to the base. Various scratches, scuffs, marks, chips, etc. Top appears to be bowed slightly. Handles and lock to the drawer are replacements. Bottom board needs attention. Various splits and loose sections. All over various chips, marks, scratches, various general signs of wear and tear throughout. Needs attention all over and veneer re-set in places.
