A officers commemorative presentation piece made from wood with a silver placard attached and a Ronson lighter seated in the centre, the placard reads: "Presented to Capt. W.R. Evans, R.E., by all ranks 285 (W) FD. PK. Sqn. R.E. (T.A.) May 1957". (In 1961 the Regiment was reorganized as 53rd (Welsh) Division/District RE, later disbanded on the 1 Apr 1967).
