The Cutty Sark A plank on frame model of the famous Tea Clipper. Measuring 32" bow to stern and 25" in height, the basic but sound piece has a natural wood finished hull, deck planking with lighter brown woodwork above deck level. There are 7 scuttles on each side. The superstructure features ladders, lifeboats, rigging and cabin/hold access. The sails are rather simplistic but the overall appearance of the masts, sails and rigging is detailed and reasonably realistic. The 2 anchors are secured by chains. Presented on a wooden base, affixed to the hull and bearing the ship's name on a plate-showing some wear. VGC, some minor repairs and cleaning required.
