Lot 810

A pair of Arts & Crafts oak panels, carved flowers and foliage, 167 x 135 and 168 x 137 cm, and another matching section, 144 x 244 cm (3) See illustration Condition report Report by RB The two panels, of almost identical size: overall in good condition, you should clearly see where they have been fitted in the walls, due to the lack of colour to the boarders, also visible should be various fixing holes and points etc. and one panel with a pine (?) replacement section to the top. The vertical panel is in similar condition, but with some water damage to the four non carved lower panels, and fixing points, probably where it had a radiator originally, there is also an electric socket to the right and various other holes, the eight carved panels are all much lighter in colour than the others, and again this appears to have its top section replaced, again the replacement timber should be quite clear. All panels with Foster & Dicksee, constructors, Rugby paper labels to reverse, and with various crayon and other markings too. Sadly no history or provenance.
