A vintage 1950's Hirondelle ' Type D ' 125cc motorcycle. Fitted with a (presumed) 125cc ' Ydral ' S Series engine. Red painted, with original leather saddle. Presumed original number plate present to verso which reads ' 919 AE73 '. The bike comes non-running, with nothing connected up and very much 'for display purposes'. Later painted in red and silver. No V5C or any other paperwork present. Originality and provenance unknown, and buyer discretion is advised. A WWI First World War interest later-issue brass bell inscribed for ' MS Bremen 1911 '. Mounted on a wooden plaque, with an anchor bracket. Measures approx; 36cm tall.The MS Bremen was a ship owned by North German Lloyd Steamship Co. The initial “MS” indicates it was a motor ship and had an internal combustion engine. It was launched in 1896 and made trips from Bremen, Germany, to New York and from Bremen to Australia beginning in 1897. Her last trip to Australia was in 1911. After World War I, the ship belonged to a British company. It was sold again and renamed twice before being scrapped in 1929.

Length: 18, 20cmThe Pasha watch was released in 1943, just one year after Louis Cartier's death, and was an innovative water-resistant watch. This Pasha model no.2392 is the desirable mid-sized 38mm model. The sapphire crown is housed in a protective locking mechanism which is attached to the case by a small chain to prevent loss.
* Propeller. A WWI laminated mahogany two blade propeller from a De Havilland 2 by The Integral Propeller Co Limited, with decal on each blade, with various impressed stamps including war department arrow within S S, serial no. 18351, 'A.I.D. 125', stencilled in black 'A.M.C. 10932', the boss stamped 'I.R.C.', 'D2.50', 'P 2.40', 'HP 100 Mono', 'D.G. .0?'., 'B 1.366', 250cm long, a fine propeller which at some time has been cut in half, however it has been professionally repaired with a substantial brass plate on the boss, sold with a custom made wall bracket for display plus a history of the aircraft, framed and glazed (Qty: 1)There were 450 De Havilland 2 which served with the British Expeditionary Forces over the Western Front during WWI. The propeller was used to 'push' the aircraft rather than pull it, and this was one of the last examples of push propellers. The engine had to be hand 'cranked' to start and many inexperienced ground crews lost their lives starting the engine in this fashion due to the endorsed space in which they operated with the tail boom surrounding them.
* Raid Rubin. A Continental silver cigarette box commemorating the 'Raid Rubin' which was carried out by Ken Waller and Belgian Captain Teddy Franchomme from 20 to 22 December 1934, the lid engraved with a flight path and engraved Teddy M Franchomme with the date 20-28 Decembre 1934, ceder lined, the base stamped 'Simonet 900 Bruxelles', 4cm high x 14.5cm wide x 8.5cm deep (Qty: 1)The Raid Rubin was carried out by Ken Waller and Belgian aviator Captain Teddy Franchomme aboard the twin-engine aircraft Reine Astrid, a Havilland Comet 400 C.V. lent by Bernard Rubin, from Brussels in Belgium to Leopoldville in the Belgian Congo, via Oran and Niamey, from 20 to 22 December 1934, returning by the same route 26 to 28 December.
