Princess 1300 Vanden Plas 1275cc petrol engine with automatic gearbox, white, model year 1973. The Princess 1300 Vanden Plas was the luxury version of the BMC group's 1300 car which went into production with an 1100cc engine in 1963. The inspiration for the car came from Fred Connolly of the famous leather company who requested a luxury version of the 1100 for himself. The 1300 version was introduced in 1967 along with the auto option and continued in production until early 1974.
