An incredibly rare original vintage 1940's Austin made Pathfinder child's pedal car. Metal body in cream, with chrome and red trim. The interior with a red padded seat, and the dash with faux-dials. Handbrake fitted. Leather straps hold the bonnet in place, which opens to reveal a miniature engine with spark plugs and leads present. Very likely the best example of this pedal car in existence. This model was a forerunner to the popular Austin J40 pedal cars, but proved too expensive to make so were discontinued after a short while before the cheaper J40 came along. A stunning car.
