A Chinese Imperial porcelain blue and white ewer and cover, the pear-shaped body painted in the Ming style with peaches and loquat enclosed in quatrefoil panels on a ground of flowering peony, the neck with a continuous lotus scroll beneath upright stiff leaves, the handle painted with five jui fungus, a band of gadroons around the foot, the spout with a composite scroll, the base with a six character Qianlong seal mark and of the period 1736-95, damages, 28cm. A pair of Chinese porcelain saucers, Republic period, each decorated in famille rose enamels with blossoming branches, the undersides with blossoming branches and bats underglazed blue seal mark Xiezhu Zhuren zao (Made by the Master of Wind Music) within a ‘European green’ border each saucer 13cm in fitted case (2) See Wilson, M. Later wares display courser characteristics than the original Daoguang examples and as such are dated to the Republican period (1911-1937)

Rare garniture of three early C19th Mason's Ironstone pot pourri vases with dragon handles, circa 1830, the pierced covers with Buddhistic lion finials, each with all-over decoration of Buddhistic lion cubs on a gilt ground, blue pseudo Chinese seal marks, the inner rim of one cover with a chip and short hairline crack, the tallest 15.25ins.
