An unusual carved soapstone seal, 19thC, the deep amber red coloured soapstone carved as a pair of frogs meeting next to a leaf, inscription to side in Chinese translates to 'The scenery of Jiangnan is now most beautiful, it's a pity that we should meet in a flower-falling season' a quote from Du Fu 'Meeting Li Guinian in Jiangnan' 7 x 4cm approx
A good Chinese doucai bowl, seal mark and period of Daoguang, the steeply rounded sides painted in underglaze-blue and enamelled in the doucai palette with three groups of lotus sprays with leafy scrolls, the interior with a single lotus sprig encircled by a single line repeated at the rim, 12.3cm.diameter. Illustrated Provenance: Sotheby's London, Fine Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art, 11th December 1990, lot 454.
A Chinese blue and white `dragon' saucer dish, blue Jiaqing seal mark and probably of the period, painted in the centre with a five-clawed dragon amongst clouds in pursuit of a flaming pearl, the exterior painted with two further dragons chasing flaming pearls,(a.f), 17cm.diameter. Illustrated Provenance: Sotheby's ( probably Sussex), 6th February 1991, lot 602.

A Chinese silk embroidered panel with figures, trees and pagodas, together with two floral decorated silk pictures and a Republic period silk picture of birds perched on a tree with calligraphy and red seal mark. Condition Report: There is some minor fading and staining to all pieces and some mould from damp to edges. Please use zoom tool for close inspection.
