A Chinese terracotta brush pot, circa 1900, slab form, with relief moulded faux bamboo borders and Sgraffito panels decorated with either figures, characters or plants, impressed circular seal mark to underside. Height 14 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top corner edges are a light buff colour but are not chipped merely rubbed. There is a 5 cm firing crack to one panel. The remainder of the pot appears to be in good order throughout with no obvious faults to include chips, cracks or restorations.

CONDITION REPORT The lotus-shaped bowl has some wear to the raised points inside and some losses to the enamel of the foot rim. The comport has rubbing to the gilt. The square-based dish has some chips to the rim and losses to the glaze on the corners of the base.
