CONDITION REPORT: Two tiny frits to the foot rim, rather grubby overall, but no other obvious damage, some minor surface wear.

The other similarly decorated with dragon dogs and flaming pearls in blue on an Iron red ground and having a cloud motif to the interior, both with underglazed blue square seal marks. 8" diameter (20cm), 7.5" (19cm). Provenance: London Estate of an eminent Chinese collector. CONDITION REPORT: First bowl has minor glaze losses and rim frits and is rather dirty, second bowl is finer potted and appears no damage.

CONDITION REPORT: Chip to base rim. Minor firing flaws as expected. Screw top works well. A little dirty. Finial a little squashed flat to top indicating it may have been dropped. Pin hole to top indicating it may have had another piece of foliate decoration.
