A Chinese enamelled bronze censer possibly 18th century, everted rim above shallow neck, six scallop edged pendant reserves with polychrome champlevé enamel decoration over a background of Greek keys between upper and lower borders of conforming decoration, semi circular handles into a stylised backplate, on deep flared foot with nine character mark in seal script, 15in. (38.2cm.) diameter, 8in. (20.4cm.) high.

(2) (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: First vase - loss to the gilt from the upper rim, wear to footrim, visible fritting throughout, minor wear/loss to enamel Second vase - extensive damage and restoration to entire neck of the vase, in need of professional restoration, glaze discolouration and imperfection throughout fritting, scuffing and wear to footrim, minor wear/loss to enamel.
A Chinese yellow-ground 'Arrow' vase Qianlong seal mark, Late Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912) Of shouldered ovoid form rising to a tapered cylindrical neck, applied with tubular lug handles, the body densely decorated in underglazed blue and overglazed famille rose enamels with depictions of flowering lily pods issuing tendrils, segmented by watery borders; 40cm high. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Extensive infilling and overpainting visible through, the vase has obviously has some paint loss and flaking which has keen overpainted , crazing to paint and varnish throughout, no visible signs of damage or restoration.
A large Chinese polished bronze 'bamboo' censer, Xuande apocryphal seal mark (1426-1435), 19th century Of rounded ovoid form with wide folded rim, each side adorned with twin bamboo cast handles extending to applied bamboo leaf terminals, raised on three tripod paw feet, further mounted on a cast polished bronze stand with pierced bamboo and foliage apron, overall height on stand 20.5cm high, 27cm diameter CONDITION REPORT: Extensive discolouration and wear to interior well, large hole/break in the lower base of the vessel, several dents to the exterior sides, pitting visible throughout, possible re-soldering to the terminals of the handles, base shows minor wear and breaks.
