Chinese unglazed white porcelain of Guanyin standing on a wave with serpents, applied seal mark, height 35cm, on wooden stand; also two Kutani eggshell porcelain teabowls and three saucers (a lot)Condition report: The figure has been glued to the base. The body is not cracked or restored; there are small chips and losses to the highpoints such as finger tips, dragon teeth and scales. Both of the teabowls and the three saucers are cracked or chipped or both; the lids are not damaged. One teabowl does not have a matching saucer.
Pair of Chinese yellow ground famille rose bowls, Daoguang seal marks and period. the outside painted in enamels with four circular medallions enclosing precious objects, interspersed by scrolling lotus flowers and foliage, the interior with a central medallion of a garden within a rim border of iron red flowers, six character seal mark in iron red to the bases, diameter 14.8cm.Condition report: Bowl 1 has been professionally restored in a manner that suggests that the bowl split in two. Bowl 2 has a rim chip but is not cracked or restored.
