A pair of Chinese cylindrical vases, decorated with figures and fence with square seal mark to base. Height 28 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both vases appear to be in generally good order. We can see no evidence of any damage, no repairs and no restoration. There do not appear to be any hairline cracks. The gilding to both vases is rubbed as is some of the paintwork, particularly to the bats. The paintwork is also a little faded in places. The vases are both somewhat dirty and most of the small black flecks and marks do actually rub off.
A Chinese porcelain plate, decorated with figures and character marks, with red square seal mark verso. Diameter 26 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The plate has some minor nibbles to the rim and some glaze imperfections which at first glance appear to be chips or losses, the decoration is generally in good condition however there is some minor wear to the gilded highlights. The base has some glaze pitting and some minor fading to the iron red motifs.
